Description The Applicant seeks approval for a Rezoning, Revised Site Plan, and Final Plat for Family Tree Nursery at 7036 Nieman Road. The proposed site improvements include: a parking lot expansion with new parking lot landscape islands and lighting, new landscaping along street frontages, new fencing, a reduction in curb cuts along Nieman Road, a small building addition, a greenhouse addition, and related engineering improvements. Two structures were recently demolished to accommodate the proposed parking lot expansion. The exterior improvements are in conjunction with ongoing interior remodeling improvements. The proposed Final Plat will consolidate the subject site into a single lot. The proposed Rezoning from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) and DU (Duplex District) to CN (Commercial Neighborhood) will bring the existing land use into conformity with zoning regulations.
Status Details This project requires approval from the Planning Commission and final approval from the City Council.
