Project Status Design
Description Scope of work includes facility upgrades for Fire Station 71 (6501 Quivira Road) and Fire Station 73 (6805 Hedge Lane Terrace).
Status Details At the September 13, 2021 meeting, City Council approved the renovation option for Fire Station 71, renovation and building addition for Fire Station 73, and construction of several alternates.   

Design and construction phase services for GLMV Architecture were approved by City Council on October 11, 2021.

Schematic design activities were completed in January 2022.  The next project phase will be detail design.

A public meeting is scheduled at 6501 Quivira on Wednesday February 9, 2022 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.  details may be found at the following link:
