| Description |
Constructing a single-family residential subdivision in the 8000 Block of Woodland Drive on approximately 139 aces. The Applicant seeks approval of a Rezoning and a Preliminary Plat. The rezoning request is from AG (Agricultural) to PSF (Planned Single-Family). The proposed Preliminary Plat will include 235 single-family residential lots and 20 tracts.
If the Rezoning and Preliminary Plat are approved, the Applicant will be required to submit a Final Plat(s) for approval prior to issuance of any building permits.
