The stormwater project will remove and replace or line up to 4460 linear feet of failing pipes at 30 locations throughout the City - see attached maps for locations. In addition, a streamcut on the south side of Garrett Park on a tributary to Mill Creek is to be restored with rock and check dams near 49th and Roundtree Pedestrian Bridge and two adjacent downstream storm pipe outfalls. |

Final Repair maps for the 2025 project are completed and attached. Project Notices were sent to affected residents during the 3rd week of October. Final Plan Approval to bid the project for construction is on the October 28, 2024 city council agenda. |
