The stormwater project will remove and replace or line up to 4460 linear feet of failing pipes at 30 locations throughout the City - see attached maps for locations. In addition, a streamcut on the south side of Garrett Park on a tributary to Mill Creek is to be restored with rock and check dams near 49th and Roundtree Pedestrian Bridge and two adjacent downstream storm pipe outfalls. |

The contractor has Final Repair maps for the 2025 project are attached. started work and will proceed as structures and pipe materials become available.
The intention is to complete pipe repair locations in advance of the 2025 Mill & Overlay project. The intent is to generally complete map locations on Mill & Overlay Streets first. These streets can be seen on the " 2025 Shawnee PR Map Update" attachment as gold lines.
Wiedenmann is currently working on Maps 35, and 46.
"Starting Soon" Map locations for late October include: Maps 11, 13, 25, 30 and 42.
Maps planned for late October through December include: Maps 15, 26, 32, 40, 41, 47, 49 and any late addition locations.
Completed Maps: Map 1, 8,17, 21, 22, 28, 36, 39, 43, 44, 45, 48 and 49th and Roundtree.
Maps Substantially Completed: Maps 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 14, 18, 19, 29, 34, and 37.
The contractor has begun placing sod on repair areas completed prior to September 1st. This process will continue sequentially as the fall sod season progresses, the process has been slowed/ delayed to the high temperatures we have been experiencing in September. This process will likely continue through Thanksgiving.
