| Description |
RSP25-05 Revised Site Plan - The applicant is proposing an adaptive reuse of the existing Flint Elementary/Wonderscope building located at 5700 King Street. The existing building is a 32,000 square foot, 2-story structure with a basement level on a 1.74-acre site. The building will include 39 studio, one, and two bedroom units, parking, landscaping and other site improvements. The applicant intends to preserve the existing structure in accordance with the State Historical Preservation Office as a designated historic building. |
