Description |
Final Development Plan/Final Plat (FP24-01) - The Applicant proposes to construct a new mixed residential development in the 6300 block of Silverheel Street on approximately 40 acres. The Applicant seeks approval of a Final Plat and Final Development Plan. The Final Plat includes 1 lot and public street right-of-way on 40.04 acres. The Final Development Plan is in substantial compliance with the approved Preliminary Development Plan (PUD23-3) approved in September 2023. The Final Development Plan includes 188 residential units with 117 single-family and attached townhome-style buildings.
PUD23-000003 - Rezoning from Planned Industrial (PI) and Planned Unit Development Mixed Residential (PUDMR) Zoning Districts to Planned Unit Development Mixed Residential (PUDMR) Zoning District for properties located in the 6300 Block of Silverheel Street.
The proposed project includes development of approximately 40 acres with 117 residential units (97 single family and 20 multi-family townhomes), amenities, private streets, and required stormwater, utility and associated site improvements. |

FP24-01 was approved at the Planning Commission on February 21, 2024 and the March 25th City Council meeting.
PUD23-03 was recommended for approval at the Planning Commission meeting on August 21, 2023 and approved by the City Council at their meeting on September 11, 2023.
