The Applicant seeks approval of a Final Plat and Final Development Plan. The Final Plat includes two lots and public street right-of-way. The Final Development Plan includes 60 residential units in 16 attached townhome-style buildings.


PUD22-000002; The Applicant seeks approval for Rezoning and Preliminary Development Plan for Hidden Creek Reserve Townhomes -- a new multi-family residential development in the 6700 block of Hedge Lane Terrace on approximately 13.4 acres. The Rezoning request is from AG (Agricultural) to PUDMR (Planned Unit Development Mixed Residential). The proposed Preliminary Development Plan includes 60 residential units in 16 attached townhome-style buildings.
Status Details This project was recommended for approval at the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 7:30pm, and approved by the City Council meeting on Monday, October 9, 2023 at 6:00pm.
