The Applicant proposes to construct a single-family residential subdivision in the 7800 Block of Monticello Road on approximately 5.7 acres. The Applicant seeks approval of a Rezoning and a Preliminary Plat. The rezoning request is from AG (Agricultural) to PSF (Planned Single-Family). The proposed Preliminary Plat will include six single-family residential lots and one tract. |
