Canyon Lakes West is located at the northeast corner of Clear Creek Parkway and Clare Road. The property is 25.12 acres and bound by R-1 (Single Family Residential) zoning to the south, east, and north, and AG (Agriculture) large lot single family to the west. The property is currently undeveloped agricultural land and proposed to be rezoned to R-1 Single Family Residential. We are proposing 51lots on 25.12 acres for a density of 2.0 lots per acre. |
