| Description |
Proposed facade and site improvements of an existing multi-tenant center at 5901-5923 Nieman Road. The existing center is primarily vacant with a single retail (liquor and tobacco) tenant. The proposed project includes tenant improvements for four restaurant spaces and one retail space.
The applicant has also requested a Sign Modification to allow a monument sign to remain on the subject property, which is required to be removed by the Shawnee Sign Code.
Final Plat approval is requested in order to create a two-lot subdivision from three existing previously platted parcels totaling 2.8 acres.
