| Description |
Final Site Plan (FSP24-01); A Final Site Plan for the K-7 Logistics Centre industrial and warehousing development in the 7700-7900 blocks of Monticello Terrace. The project includes two buildings and associated site improvements.
RZ21-000003, PP21-000003, PSP21-000001; The Applicant previously received approval of a Preliminary Plat, Preliminary Site Plan, and Rezoning from AG (Agricultural) and CH (Commercial Highway) to PI (Planned Industrial). The development includes two (2) new industrial lots - each with one (1) industrial building. Total building square footage for both lots is approximately 987,000 SF. |
