Description Develop the 11.1 acre parcel of land located at 6565 Mize Road. Proposed to be rezoned from AG (Agriculture) to RS (Residential Suburban) divide into five, 2 acre lots. 
Status Details This project was approved on Monday, July 15, 2024 at the Planning Commission meeting at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
The City Council approved this project at the August 12, 2024 meeting.
