Description FP23-14, FSP23-2:
The Applicant is requesting Final Site Plan and Final Plat approvals to allow development of a two-lot contractor park with two buildings for a total of 56,000 SF on a currently undeveloped property located in the 18700 block of Johnson Drive.  The property is zoned PI (Planned Industrial).
The Final Plat contains two lots and public street right-of-way on 6.8 acres.

The Applicant is seeking Rezoning and Preliminary Site Plan approvals to allow development of a contractor park with a total of three buildings on a currently undeveloped property located in the 18700 block of Johnson Drive. The property is currently zoned AG (Agricultural) and is requested to be rezoned to PI (Planned Industrial). 
Status Details This Final Plat and Final Site Plan approved at the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 7:30pm. and the City Council meeting on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 6:00pm.

This Rezoning and Preliminary Site Plan was recommended for approved at the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 7:30pm. and  approved at the City Council meeting on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 6:00pm.
