| Description |
Final Site Plan - Chick-Fil-A, is requesting Final Site Plan approval for a new fast food restaurant at 11500 Shawnee Mission Parkway. The former restaurant (now vacant) will be demolished for a new 2,700 square foot drive thru only restaurant and associated site improvements.
Final Plat - Chick-Fil-A, is requesting Final Plat approval for CFA Store 05583 Final Plat, a commercial subdivision located at 11500 Shawnee Mission Parkway. The plat will consolidate two existing parcels into one lot, and consolidate and rededicate adjacent public street right-of-way. This plat contains one lot and public street right-of-way on 1.9 acres. |
