NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Shawnee, Kansas Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at the place and time stated above to consider granting a Special Use Permit for a commercial child care facility with up to 185 children in the CN (Commercial Neighborhood) zoning district located at 13811 West 63rd Street. A complete legal description of the subject property proposed is available for public inspection in the Community Development Department office at City Hall.
