NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Shawnee, Kansas Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the place and time stated above to consider BZA24-10: A request for a variance from Title 17.30.050.D.1. of the Shawnee Municipal Code to reduce the required 30-foot front yard setback in the R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District at 4904 Black Swan Drive.
