Description The Applicant proposes to construct a new industrial/office development in multiple phases at the northeast
corner of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Woodland Drive on approximately 26.5 acres. The Applicant seeks approval of a Preliminary Plat, Final Site Plan for Phase 1, Preliminary Site Plan for Phase 2, and a partial Rezoning as part of this project. Phase 1 includes a 63,000 square foot building with office and industrial components that is situated near the center of proposed Lot 1. Future phases include a 136,500 square foot expansion to the first building, an additional 15,500 square foot office building, and a second driveway from Woodland Drive.
Status Details The Planning Commission approved the Final Site Plan for Phase 1, Preliminary Site Plan for Phase 2, and Preliminary Plat on 05/06/2019. The Planning Commission also recommended approval of Rezoning on 05/06/2019. The City Council approved the Rezoning on 05/28/2019.

The Planning Commission approved a revision to the Final Site Plan related to landscaping and building elevations on 08/19/2019.

The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Final Plat on 09/04/2019. The City Council approved the Final Plat on 09/23/2019.

A Land Disturbance Permit was approved on 09/25/2019 for grading work at the site.
