Construction of the Re-Imagine 75th Street Project started on March 21, 2022.
They are currently working on the north side of 75th Street between Nieman and Quivira and on the south side between Switzer and Nieman. There will be several intermittent lane and side road closures along the both sides of the road the next couple months. You'll see work on the storm sewer, sidewalk, curb and gutter, signals, driveways, side streets and other miscellaneous items along the corridor over the next several months.
The lighting along the corridor will be replaced with the project and with that, the street lights will not be operating for stretches at a time.
