Status Details The City received a grant from the Mid American Regional Council (MARC) to provide a study for sustainable places along this corridor.  MARC has hired Transystems to complete the study. Recommendations from the study will be incorporated in the construction plans.    A public meeting was held on May 8, 2019 to discuss options of streetscape and landscape design. The final public meeting was held on September 17, 2019. The study report was brought to the February 10, 2020 City Council meeting. Staff has hired Transystems to prepare plans and specifications.  Construction will begin in Spring 2021 and be completed end of year 2021.
