Description Three (3) 144" x 84" corrugated metal arch pipes (CMAP) along with an adjacent 30" metal pipe beneath Blackfish Parkway are at the end of their service life will need to be relined or replaced.  The design will also survey upstream and downstream from the street crossing to ensure that the rehabilitation the will tie into existing City floodplain.
Status Details Work at the Blackfish and Richards intersection is substantially complete and the road is open to traffic.  Final restoration will take place in the fall.

Work is underway at the Blackfish and Hauser intersection.  Box culverts are set and flowable backfill is in place.  A base roadway is open to vehicular traffic.  Cast-in-place endsections will be formed this coming week and is expected to take 2-3 weeks to build and bring to final grade.  Upstream footings are complete and upstream wingwalls will be formed next week   New sidewalk and bike-hike trail will be built following final grade (8-23-19).
