| Description |
RSP26-05, Revised Site Plan: The applicant is requesting approval of a Revised Site Plan to allow for exterior changes to the existing building and associated site improvements. The building, which is currently occupied by Kentucky Fried Chicken, will be converted to a 7-Brew coffee shop. The drive-thru and parking lot will be reconfigured to allow for additional stacking and improved circulation. |
