Description RSP26-05, Revised Site Plan: The applicant is requesting approval of a Revised Site Plan to allow for exterior changes to the existing building and associated site improvements. The building, which is currently occupied by Kentucky Fried Chicken, will be converted to a 7-Brew coffee shop. The drive-thru and parking lot will be reconfigured to allow for additional stacking and improved circulation. 
Status Details This project is scheduled for the Monday, March 16, 2026 Planning Commission meeting at 7:00pm. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
