This project is to line or replace pipes along south side of Johnson Drive east of Maurer Rd and will include storm drainage improvements, removal/replacement of curb, sidewalks, and driveways as needed, pavement markings, and landscaping as needed.
This project also includes grading, tree removal and replacement, fencing installation, and landscaping to improve sight distance at the northwest and southwest corners of Mauer Road and Johnson Drive.
