SUP23-7; Special Use Permit for a gas station located at 6631 Nieman Road in the Commercial Neighborhood (CN) Zoning District.
On the Go Gas Station- Proposal for a 4,000 square foot convenience store with gas pumps and 3,500 square foot retail store within one building at 6631 Nieman Road. The current auto sales operation will cease and the two parcel site will be redeveloped. Convenience stores with gas pumps require approval of a Special Use Permit in the Commercial Neighborhood zoning district. |

This project was scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, December 4, 2023. The applicant requested a continuance to the December 18, 2023, 7:00pm meeting. Planning Commission approved the Special Use Permit.
The Special Use Permit was approved by City Council on Monday, January 8, 2024.
