| Description |
The Monrovia Street Improvement project is included on the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for construction in 2024. This project includes full removal and replacement of pavement, new curb and sidewalk, storm drainage improvements, ADA crossings at intersections, signing, and new lighting and pavement markings. |
