Description The Applicant seeks Site Plan Approval and Final Plat Approval for Harris Office/Warehouse – a 19,676 SF industrial speculative building with flexible space for up to seven (7) tenants. The subject site is located in the 6700 block of Martindale Road on an undeveloped site. The proposed site improvements include a new building, parking lot, landscaping, a trash enclosure, and on-site infrastructure improvements.
Status Details This project requires review and final approval by the Planning Commission.
